DON'T FORGET:
take care of yourself first and foremost. make sure you're happy, healthy, shower, wash your face, brush your teeth, eat something (you deserve it) and get some fresh air & daylight get rest. make sure you keep yourself in a good sleeping pattern, even if you're exhausted: rest no matter what you're doing - mental health always comes firstcut out anything that gives you negative energy. whether it's people, apps, activities etc. if it's draining you and not having a positive effect on you and your mental state: step away for a whilepractice relaxation and gratitude techniques. find stuff you like whether it's yoga, meditation, journaling or just deep breathing, find time in your day to ground yourself and remind yourself how lucky you are for every new day socialise. surround yourself with people who relate the same positive vibes back to you. make sure you've spoken to people even if it's briefly at least once or twice everyday.we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that it's okay to not be able to do some of these things sometimes. take every day at a time.
